Important Notice: As a B2B supplier, Bavaria’s Best Beer exclusively serves business customers. The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply to commercial transactions.

  1. Before Payment: Orders may be cancelled without charge before payment is received.
  2. After Payment: Once payment has been received, orders are final and cannot be cancelled. This policy is necessary because:
    • We immediately begin sourcing products from multiple breweries upon payment receipt
    • Container logistics and documentation processes are initiated
    • Products are specifically compiled according to your order
  3. Modifications: Order modifications after payment are only possible in exceptional cases and require mutual agreement. Additional costs may apply.
  4. Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure preventing order fulfillment, we will refund payments in full.
  5. Returns: We accept no returns under any circumstances. All sales are final once goods leave our warehouse.
  6. Refunds: NO REFUNDS will be issued except in the single case described in Point 4 (Force Majeure). This includes but is not limited to:
    • Change of mind after payment
    • Import restrictions discovered after ordering
    • Quality concerns after goods leave our warehouse
    • Damage during transport
    • Longer than expected shipping times
    • Changes in your market conditions
    The only exception: Refunds are provided ONLY when we cannot fulfill your order due to force majeure circumstances beyond our control.

Important Declaration: By placing an order and submitting payment, you explicitly acknowledge and accept that:

  • All sales are final
  • No returns are accepted
  • No refunds will be issued (except force majeure as per Point 4)
  • You have read, understood, and agree to these terms

These terms are designed for B2B transactions and reflect the nature of international container shipping of perishable goods.
