Description
Tölzer Mühlfeldbräu’s Tölzer Hell is brewed from selected raw materials, fermented cool, and given ample time to mature—resulting in a flawlessly drinkable Helles with authentic Bavarian character. The pale barley and light caramel malts provide gentle breadiness, while a deliberately elevated addition of noble hops (vs. many Bavarian Hell lagers) creates a pleasantly fresh, grassy–floral nose that carries through on the palate. At a sessionable 5.0% ABV and 11.8° P, the beer pours straw-gold with a fine white head and a balanced malt-to-hop profile that fits beer gardens, casual dining, and event catering alike.
