Schneider Weiße

Schneider Weisse is one of Bavaria’s most respected wheat beer specialists, with a brewing story that began in Munich in 1872. Deeply connected to the history of Bavarian Weissbier, the brewery has helped shape the style for generations and remains a benchmark for traditional wheat beer with character.

Today, Schneider Weisse is brewed in Kelheim, where the family continues its craft in the historic Weisses Bräuhaus. The brewery is known for open fermentation, genuine bottle fermentation and naturally characterful beers that are neither filtered nor pasteurized. This gives Schneider Weisse its distinctive aroma, lively freshness and full-bodied taste.

The range offers a strong and memorable profile within a premium Bavarian beer selection, from classic Tap 7 Original and Tap 1 Helle Weisse to alcohol-free Weissbier, Aventinus, Hopfenweisse and seasonal specialties. With its specialist identity, historic Munich roots and unmistakable wheat beer character, Schneider Weisse brings depth, reputation and variety to a high-quality beer portfolio.
