Müllerbräu is a Bavarian family brewery from Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, located in the heart of the Hallertau hop region. With official roots dating back to 1775 and earlier brewery records reaching back to 1630, Müllerbräu stands for long-standing brewing tradition, regional identity and genuine Bavarian craftsmanship.

The brewery combines traditional brewing methods with modern technology and a strong commitment to quality. Its beers are brewed with selected Bavarian malt, fresh water from the brewery’s own source and aromatic hops, including hops from its own cultivation in the Hallertau. This gives Müllerbräu beers a natural, full-flavoured and clearly regional character.
