Hofbrauhaus Freising

Hofbrauhaus Freising is one of Bavaria’s most historic breweries, with brewing tradition in Freising dating back to 1160. Located in the heart of Old Bavaria, close to Munich and the Hallertau hop region, the brewery represents centuries of Bavarian beer culture, regional identity and traditional craftsmanship.

The brewery brings several historic beer traditions together under one roof, including Hofbrauhaus, Huber Weisses, Graf Toerring and Graf Ignaz. Its beers are brewed with patience, carefully selected regional ingredients, Hallertau hops, Bavarian malts, yeast from its own culture and pure water from the brewery’s own deep well. As a Slow Brewing member, Hofbrauhaus Freising places strong emphasis on gentle brewing, long maturation and consistent beer quality.

Hofbrauhaus Freising is a very attractive choice for beer selections that need authentic Bavarian origin, strong heritage and a wide product range. With classic lagers, wheat beers, dark beers, export styles, pilsner, radler, seasonal beers and alcohol-free options, the brewery offers versatile products for distributors, retailers, gastronomy and international buyers looking for genuine Bavarian beer with a rich historical story.
